c-Met-IN-23 (Compound 12g) functions as a c-Met inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.052 µM against c-Met. It also inhibits the MDR1 and MRP1/2 pumps in cancerous HepG2 and BxPC3 cells. As such, c-Met-IN-23 serves as an anticancer agent.
