NOTA-IMB-RGD is a dual-molecule probe that targets integrin alphavbeta3 (integrinalphavbeta3) and programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1). It can block the PD-1/PD-L1 signaling pathway and the tumor vasculature with overexpressed integrin alphavbeta3. This compound holds potential for research in solid tumors co-expressing PD-L1 and alphavbeta3, such as gliomas and breast cancer.
