HSP70-IN-3, a potent inhibitor of HSP70 with IC50 values of 1.1 µM in ASZ001 cells and 1.9 µM in C3H10T1/2 cells, exhibits anti-Hedgehog (Hh) signaling and anti-proliferative activities. Furthermore, it reduces the expression of the oncogenic transcription factor GLI1 [1].
