IBL-302 (AMU302), an orally available dual-signaling inhibitor targeting PIM and PI3K/AKT/mTOR, is effective against breast cancer and neuroblastoma. It has shown in vivo efficacy in a nude mouse xenograft model by combating trastuzumab resistance.
