XmAb5485 is a humanized anti-CD40 monoclonal antibody engineered with an Fc domain modification, exhibiting high affinity for Fc-gamma receptors. It effectively induces antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) against tumor cells. Additionally, XmAb5485 suppresses tumor cell proliferation and triggers apoptosis. This compound demonstrates pronounced cytotoxicity against lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma cell lines, and primary cancer cells.
