XmAb5485 is a humanized anti-CD40 monoclonal antibody engineered with an Fc domain modification, exhibiting high affinity for Fc-gamma receptors. It effectively induces antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) against tumor cells. Additionally, XmAb5485 suppresses tumor cell proliferation and triggers apoptosis.
