Produktbeschreibung

Cyclooxygenase (COX)-inhibiting nitric oxide (NO) donor (CINOD). Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 while releasing NO. Demonstrates higher efficacy than naproxen, its congener drug, in reducing levels of profibrotic cytokine transforming growth factor-beta and oxidative stress in a mouse model of bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis. Orally available. Sequence: C20H24N2O9 Solubility: DMSO (~100mM), Ethanol (~100mM) Molecular Weight: ~436.41 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
