Produktbeschreibung

The MitoPT JC-1 BioAssay(TM) detects mitochondrial membrane depolarization utilizing the fluorescent dye JC-1. When accumulated in a negatively charged polarized mitochondria, JC-1 fluoresces orange. When mitochondrial membrane potential collapses in apoptotic or metabolically stressed cells, JC-1 reagent is dispersed through the cell and will fluoresce green. Analyze your results using a flow cytometer, fluorescence plate reader, or fluorescence microscopy. Kit Components: 474033A: MitoPT JC-1 Reagent, 1x100 Tests or 1x400 Tests 474033B: Assay Buffer,10X, 1x60ml or 2x125ml 474033C: CCCP, 50mM, 1x125ul or 1x600ul Storage and Stability: Store other components at -20C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
