Participates in mature virion (MV) movement within the infected cell. May play an indirect role in MV-cell fusion. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-110 from Vaccinia virus Protein A27, fused to 10X His-Tag at N-terminal and Myc-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in E.coli. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
