Produktbeschreibung

Cross-linked envelope protein of keratinocytes. It is a keratinocyte protein that first appears in the cell cytosol, but ultimately becomes cross-linked to membrane proteins by transglutaminase. All that results in the formation of an insoluble envelope beneath the plasma membrane. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-72 from human Small proline-rich protein 2B, fused to 6X His-Tag at N-terminal and Myc-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in Yeast. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
