Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Dot Blot, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2500 Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000 Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
