Produktbeschreibung

Keratinocyte Growth Factor (KGF) is a potent mitogen for keratinocytes and epithelial cells. Human KGF is a 18.9kD protein containing 163 amino acid residues. Biological Activity: ED50 was determined by the dose- dependent stimulation of thymidine uptake by KGF-responsive BaF3 cells to be 10ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of 1x10e5 units/mg. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
