TRPM2 is a Ca(2+)-permeable channel protein that is activated by oxidative stress and confers susceptibility to cell death. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunocytochemistry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:300 Immunoprecipitation: 1-4ug/mg lysate Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:50 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
