Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunocytochemistry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:300 Immunoprecipitation: 1-4ug/mg lysate Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:50 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
