Anti-Bovine IgG F(ab)2 Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugate has been tested by ELISA and dot blot. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Bovine IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate code NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 mi
ELISA Results of Purified Rabbit Anti-Bovine IgG F(ab)2 Antibody Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated tested against purified Bovine IgG F(ab)2 Alk Phos. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Bovine IgG F(ab)2 (p/n 001-0104). The working dilution is 1:15,200. The starting dilution of antibody was 5µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using Alkaline Phosphatase ELISA Substrate (p/n NPP-10) and NPP Working Buffer (p/n NPP-B500).
