Application Notes: Anti-Horse IgG F(c) Alkaline Phosphatase has been tested by ELISA. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Horse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate code NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A
ELISA Results of Purified Rabbit Anti-Horse IgG F(c) Antibody Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated tested against purified Horse IgG F(c). Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Horse IgG F(c) (p/n 008-0103) [Red Line] and Horse IgG (p/n 008-0102) [Green Line]. The working dilution of Horse IgG F(c) Alk Phos is 1:2400. The starting dilution of antibody was 5µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using NPP ELISA Alk Phos Substrate (p/n NPP-100), NPP Buffer (p/n NPP-B500), and Horse IgG F(c) Alk Phos.
