Sodium Persulfate is an oxidant, which when used in combination with H2O2 has synergistic effects on the rate of nitric oxide (NO) absorption. Sodium Persulfate is also used in combination with ferrous ethylenediaminetetraacetate (Fe2+-EDTA) systems for removal of nitric oxide from simulated flue gas.
