BCR/ABL, Breakpoint cluster region protein-tyrosine protein kinase ABL1 fusion protein
Murine antibodies were produced by immunising BALB/c mice with residues 686-696 (SSINEEITPRRQS) of human BCR fused to thyroglobulin. Hybridomas were generated by fusion of immunised cells with the myeloma cell line P3X63Ag8 via established methods.
