Salmonella minnesota cells were coated with 10 µg of PI 3,4-P2 and injected into mice. Hybridomas were formed by fusion with SP2/0 cells, and the hybridoma supernatants screened for antibodies against PI 3,4-P2 by a liposome lysis assay.
