Mice of the HCo7 HuMab Mouse(R) strain were immunized with purified recombinant IRTA5 fusion protein. Mouse splenocytes, isolated from the HuMab mice, were fused with PEG to a mouse myeloma cell line. The resulting hybridomas were then screened for the production of antigen-specific antibodies.
