The original antibody was generated by immunizing Balb/c and SJL/J mice by three different strategies: protein immunization using human SIRPalpha v1 ECD recombinant protein, cell immunization using 293F cells stably expressing human SIRPalpha v1 and genetic immunization using gold bullets coated with human SIRPalpha v1 expression plasmid.
