CD90.1, also known as Thy1.1, is a glycoprotein and member of the immunoglobulin superfamily (IgSF) that serves as a critical cell surface marker with broad applications in stem cell biology, immunology, and neuroscience. Initially characterized as a T cell marker, subsequent studies have demonstrated its widespread expression across diverse cell lineages, including neurons, fibroblasts, stem cells (e.g., hepatic progenitor cells), and specific immune cell subsets.

Flow cytometry: 1X10 6 293T-90.2 (Transfection, left) cells and 293T-90.1 (Transfection, right) cells were surface-stained with ABflo 647 Mouse anti-Mouse/Rat CD90.1 mAb (A27828,0.5 µg,orange line) or ABflo 647 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A22070,5 µl/Test,blue line). Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).
