Product Description

The c-Kit proto-oncogene is the cellular homolog of the transforming gene of a feline retrovirus (v-Kit). The c-kit protein includes characteristics of a protein kinase transmembrane receptor. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Flow cytometry: 1X10 6 C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were surface-stained with ABflo 450 Rat anti-Mouse CD45R/B220 mAb (A27783,0.5 µg) and Biotin Rabbit IgG isotype control (5 µl/Test,left) or Biotin Rabbit anti-Mouse CD117/c-Kit mAb (A28043,0.25 µg,right), followed by APC Streptavidin staining. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
