Western blot analysis of lysates from Karpas 299 cells usingPhospho-IRAK4-Ser346 Rabbit mAb (AP1457) at1:1000 dilution. Karpas 299 cells were treated with IL-1beta (200 ng/ml) at 37°C for 15 minutes after serum starvation overnight. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
