The 4-fluorescence Human Naive/Memory B cells Panel has been designed for identify and phenotype B cells in Human blood or tissue samples. ABflo multi-fluorescence panel RK40020 covers the core CD markers of CD19, CD45, CD27 and IgD. Our plots showed clear subgroups of CD45+CD19+ B cells, CD27+IgD- Memory B cells and CD27-IgD+ naive cells (cite figures).

Human PBMC were surface stained with PE Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey CD19 mAb (A26609,5 µL/Test), ABflo 488 Rabbit anti-Human CD45 mAb (A22494,5 µL/Test), ABflo 647 Rabbit anti-Human CD27 mAb (A22064,5 µL/Test), ABflo 405 Rabbit anti-Human IgD mAb (A24093,5 µL/Test). All antibodies are validated for Flow cytometry. B cells are defined as CD45+CD19+, Memory B cells are defined as CD27+IgD-, naive cells are defined as CD27-IgD+.
