LGR5 (also known as GPR49) is a seven-transmembrane protein of the class A Rhodopsin-like family of GPCRs. LGR5 and LGR4 bind the R-spondins with high affinity and mediate the potentiation of Wnt/beta-catenin signaling by enhancing Wnt-induced LRP6 phosphorylation. The LGR5/RSPO complex could promote Wnt signalling via the neutralization of two transmembrane E3 ligases, RNF43 and ZNRF3.
Lyophilized from 0.22µm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
Target:
LGR5, GPR49, GPR67
Application Dilute:
Lyophilized from 0.22µm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
Application Notes:
Cross-Reactivity: Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. For long term storage,it is recommended to add a carrier protein or stablizer (e.g. 0.1% BSA,5% HSA,10% FBS or 5% Trehalose),and aliquot the reconstituted protein solution to minimize free-thaw cycles., ResearchArea: Other Recombinant Protein
Recombinant Human LGR5 / GPR49 protein was determined by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions with Coomassie Blue.
