Signal regulatory protein beta1 (SIRPB1) is a signal regulatory protein member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is capable of modulating receptor tyrosine kinase-coupled signaling. Copy number variations at the SIRPB1 locus were previously reported to associate with prostate cancer aggressiveness in patients.SIRPB1 gene amplification and overexpression were detected in prostate cancer specimens. The knockdown of SIRPB1 significantly suppressed cell growth in colony formation assays and cell mobility.

Purity: 95 % as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE, 95 % as determined by HPLC.
Form: Lyophilized from a 0.22 µm filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Contact us for customized product form or formulation.
Target: SIRP-beta-1/SIRPB1/CD172b
Application Dilute: Lyophilized from a 0.22 µm filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Contact us for customized product form or formulation.
Application Notes: Cross-Reactivity: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. For long term storage,it is recommended to add a carrier protein or stablizer (e.g. 0.1% BSA,5% HSA,10% FBS or 5% Trehalose),and aliquot the reconstituted protein solution to minimize free-thaw cycles.
