EphB2, a receptor tyrosine kinase for ephrin ligands, is overexpressed in various cancers and plays an important role in tumor progression. EPHB2 promotes endothelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and elicits associated pathologic characteristics of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) such as invasion and migration. EPHB2 is epigenetically overexpressed in hypoxia, a condition highly prevalent in malignancy. Furthermore, HIF-2alpha is required for EPHB2 stabilization by hypoxia.
95 % as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE, 95 % as determined by HPLC.
Target:
EPHB2
Application Notes:
Cross-Reactivity: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. For long term storage,it is recommended to add a carrier protein or stablizer (e.g. 0.1% BSA,5% HSA,10% FBS or 5% Trehalose),and aliquot the reconstituted protein solution to minimize free-thaw cycles., ResearchArea: Other Recombinant Protein
Recombinant Human EPHB2 Protein was determined by Tris-Bis PAGE under reducing conditions.
The purity of Human EPHB2 is greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC.
Immobilized Human EPHB2, His Tag at 0.5µg/ml (100µl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-EPHB2 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC<,sub>,50<,/sub>, of 14.9ng/ml determined by ELISA.
