Interleukin (IL)-12 and IL-23 belong to the IL-12 type family and are composite cytokines, consisting of the common beta subunit p40 and the specific cytokine alpha subunit p35 and p19, respectively. IL-12 signals via the IL-12Rbeta1IL-12Rbeta2 receptor complex, and IL-23 uses also IL-12Rbeta1 but engages IL-23R as second receptor.

Target:
Cynomolgus IL-23 alpha& IL-12 beta
Application Notes:
Cross-Reactivity: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. For long term storage,it is recommended to add a carrier protein or stablizer (e.g. 0.1% BSA,5% HSA,10% FBS or 5% Trehalose),and aliquot the reconstituted protein solution to minimize free-thaw cycles. ResearchArea: Other Recombinant Protein
