The recombinant human IgG3 isotype control antibody binds to neither human nor mouse samples. Recombinant human IgG isotype control antibodies help minimize non-specific binding of primary and capture antibodies by blocking interactions between antibody Fc fragments and Fc receptors, and preventing non-specific antibody binding to cellular proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids.
