A partial length recombinant DDX18 protein (amino acids 20-300) was used as the immunogen for this antibody.
Alternative Names:
DDX18
DDX18 belongs to the DEAD box family and is involved in several cellular responses such as transcription initiation, splicing and spliceosome assembly. Along with motifs common to the DEAD box family members, DDX18 also contains a conserved Myc/Max binding site and an N-terminal nuclear localization signal. DDX18 is a 75 kDa protein and is highly expressed in cervical cancer cells.
