GDH1 is involved in numerous physiologic and cellular processes, for instance inflammation.HPGD Mouse Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 292 amino acids (1-269) and having a molecular mass of 31.6kDa. HPGD is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
