Recombinant Human LY86 is produced by our Mammalian expression system, using HEK 293 cells and the target gene encoding Gly21-Ser162 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. LY86 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the LY86 gene, which May cooperate with CD180 and TLR4 to mediate the innate immune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and cytokine production. Important for efficient CD180 cell surface expression.
