OVA mRNA (N1-Me-Pseudo UTP) is synthesized using T7 High Yield RNA Transcription Kit (Cat KA7469) and modified with Cap 1 Capping System (Cat U0857) to achieve a mature mRNA structure with a 5 Cap 1 structure and a 3 poly(A) tail. Due to its relatively complex structure and ease of recognition by the immune system, it is commonly used in immunological and biochemical research.
