The enCas12Ultra mRNA is used to express the enCas12Ultra protein. When used in combination with purified sgRNA, it canspecifically recognize and cleave double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) targets containing the protospacer adjacent motif (PAM) sequence(5-TTN), inducing double-strand breaks and producing sticky ends.
