Firefly Luciferase saRNA is a self-amplifying RNA synthesized in vitro. It features a replicase expression sequence structure derived from the Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus (VEEV), enabling self-replication both in vivo and in vitro. This allows for low-dose, high-level,and long-lasting expression of the target gene.
