Bcell receptor CD22 is also known as Sialic acidbinding Iglike lectin 2 (Siglec2), Blymphocyte cell adhesion molecule (BLCAM), Tcell surface antigen Leu14, which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and SIGLEC (sialic acid binding Iglike lectin) family. CD22 mediates Bcell Bcell interactions, and may be involved in the localization of Bcells in lymphoid tissues. Siglec2 / CD22 binds sialylated glycoproteins, one of which is CD45. Siglec2 / CD22 plays a role in positive regulation through interaction with Src family tyrosine kinases and may also act as an inhibitory receptor by recruiting cytoplasmic phosphatases via their SH2 domains that block signal transduction through dephosphorylation of signaling molecules. - Proteine/Peptide
Immobilized Human Siglec-2, His Tag (Cat. No. CD2-H52H8) at 2 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind Anti-Human CD22 MAb with a linear range of 0.3-5 ng/mL (QC tested).
Immobilized Human Siglec-2, His Tag (Cat. No. CD2-H52H8) at 2 µg/mL, add increasing concentrations of anti-CD22xCD19 scFv and then add Biotinylated Human CD19 (20-291), Fc,Avitag at 0.2 µg/mL. Detection was performed using HRP-conjugated streptavidin with sensitivity of 3.9 ng/mL (Routinely tested).
Human Siglec-2, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
