DM4 (also known as ravtansine or soravtansine) is a maytansinoid derivative that serves as a potent cytotoxic payload in antibodydrug conjugates (ADCs). It functions by inhibiting tubulin polymerization, arresting cell division, and inducing apoptosis in tumor cells.
