Endosome/lysosomeassociated apoptosis and autophagy regulator (ELAPOR1), also known as EIG121 protein, is a type I transmembrane protein induced by estrogen. It is associated with the endosomelysosome compartments and may play an important role in autophagy and cell proliferation. Under unfavorable conditions such as starvation and exposure to cytotoxic agents, ELAPOR1 may protect cells from cell death by upregulating the autophagy pathway. - Proteine/Peptide
Human ELAPOR1, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
