Glucocorticoidinduced TNFRrelated protein (GITR) is also known as Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 18 (TNFRSF18), activationinducible TNFR family receptor (AITR), CD antigen CD357, which is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily. GITR is receptor for TNFSF18, which seems to be involved in interactions between activated Tlymphocytes and endothelial cells and in the regulation of Tcell receptormediated cell death. GITR also mediated NFkappaB activation via the TRAF2/NIK pathway. - Proteine/Peptide
Immobilized Biotinylated Mouse GITR Protein, His,Avitag (Cat. No. GIR-M82E3) at 5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) on streptavidin (Cat. No. STN-N5116) precoated (0.5 µg/well) plate can bind Mouse GITR Ligand, Fc Tag (Cat. No. GIL-M526x) with a linear range of 0.2-2 ng/mL (QC tested).
Biotinylated Mouse GITR Protein, His,Avitag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
