Interleukin 1 receptorlike 1 (IL1RL1) is also known as ST2, DER4, FIT1, IL33R, ST2L, ST2V, which belongs to the interleukin1 receptor family. IL1RL1 contains three Iglike C2type (immunoglobulinlike) domains and one TIR domain. IL1RL1 is receptor for interleukin33 (IL33), its stimulation recruits MYD88, IRAK1, IRAK4, and TRAF6, followed by phosphorylation of MAPK3/ERK1 and/or MAPK1/ERK2, MAPK14, and MAPK8. IL1RL1 possibly involved in helper Tcell function. IL1RL1 can interact with MYD88, IRAK1, IRAK4, and TRAF6. - Proteine/Peptide
Immobilized Human IL-1RL1, Fc Tag (Cat. No. IL1-H5250) at 5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind Human IL-33 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. IL3-H52H7) with a linear range of 5-40 ng/mL (QC tested).
Human IL-1RL1, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
