Interleukin22 (IL22) is also known as cytokine Zcyto18, IL10related Tcellderivedinducible factor (ILTIF), which is belongs to the IL10 family or IL10 superfamily (including IL19, IL20, IL24, and IL26), a class of potent mediators of cellular inflammatory responses. IL22 is produced by activated DC and T cells and initiates innate immune responses against bacterial pathogens especially in epithelial cells such as respiratory and gut epithelial cells. IL22 biological activity is initiated by binding to a cellsurface complex composed of IL22R1 and IL10R2 receptor chains and further regulated by interactions with a soluble binding protein IL22BP. IL22 also promotes hepatocyte survival in the liver and epithelial cells in the lung and gut similar to IL10. - Proteine/Peptide
Immobilized Cynomolgus IL-22 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. IL2-C52H7) at 5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind Human IL-22 R alpha 1, Fc Tag (Cat. No. IL1-H5258) with a linear range of 0.01-0.313 µg/mL (QC tested).
Cynomolgus IL-22 Protein, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
