siglec9 (HGMWapproved symbol SIGLEC9) a member of the sialic acidbinding Iglike lectin (Siglec) family, which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily (IgSF). SIGLEC9 shows a high degree of homology to many members of the siglec family, including siglec7 (80%), siglec8 (72%), siglec5 (65%), and CD33 (64%). This high degree of homology is also conserved in the extracellular Iglike domains. They are characterized by an Nterminal Iglike Vtype domain which mediates sialic acid binding, followed by varying numbers of Iglike C2type domainsSiglec9 with a hydrophobic signal peptide, an Nterminal IglikeVtype domain, two Iglike C2type domains, a transmembrane region and a cytoplasmic tail. - Proteine/Peptide
Immobilized Cynomolgus Siglec-9, His Tag (Cat. No. SI9-C52H9) at 10 µg/mL (100 µL/well) on Nickel Coated plate, can bind Neu5Ac(a2-6)GalNAc-PAA-biotin with a linear range of 10-156 ng/mL (QC tested).
Cynomolgus Siglec-9, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
