Signalregulatory protein gamma (SIRPG or SIRPgamma) is also known as CD172 antigenlike family member B (CD172g), Signalregulatory protein beta2 (SIRPB2), is a singlepass type I membrane protein. SIRPG is expressed on CD4+ Tcells, CD8+ Tcells, CD56bright natural killer (NK) cells, CD20+ cells, and all activated NK cells. SIRPG interacts with CD47.
