Recommended for use in ELISA (0.1 µg/mL), immunohistochemistry, and western blot applications. Avoid using biotin-containing solutions as diluents and solutions containing sodium azide. Sodium azide is an inhibitor of horseradish peroxidase. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. NOTE: Do not use skim milk as a blocking agent in the assay with streptavidin, since skim milk contains free biotin which will cause high backgrounds.
Immobilized Cynomolgus / Rhesus macaque BCMA, His Tag (Cat. No. BCA-C52H7) at 1 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human APRIL, Fc,Avitag (Cat. No. APL-H82F5) with a linear range of 0.5-31 ng/mL when detected by Streptavidin Protein-HRP, Horseradish peroxidase conjugated Streptavidin (0.1 µg/mL) (Cat. No. STN-NH914) (QC tested).
Measure performance comparison between Acro (Streptavidin Protein-HRP, Horseradish peroxidase conjugated Streptavidin) and other competitive products. With tight quality control measures, Acro has better sensitivity than other brands.
