The transmembrane protein, TCR, comprise of two disulphidelinked polypeptide chains: a alpha and beta chain, a gamma and delta chain. Each polypeptide chain consists of a variable and a constant region. TRBC2 is the constant region of Tcell receptor (TCR) beta chain. TRBC2 is presented on the surface of T cell and recognized peptidemajor histocompatibility (MH) (pMH) that are displayed by antigen presenting cells (APC). TRBC2 is participate in an adaptive immune response and has been wellstudied in T cell therapy. - Proteine/Peptide
