The transmembrane protein, TCR, comprise of two disulphidelinked polypeptide chains: a alpha and beta chain, a gamma and delta chain. Each polypeptide chain consists of a variable and a constant region. TRAC is the constant region of Tcell receptor (TCR) alpha chain. TRAC is presented on the surface of T cell and recognized peptidemajor histocompatibility (MH) (pMH) that are displayed by antigen presenting cells (APC). TRAC is participate in adaptive immune response and has been wellstudied in T cell therapy. - Proteine/Peptide
Immobilized Human TRAC, His Tag (Cat. No. TRC-H52H3) at 5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind TRAC Antibody with a linear range of 0.2-5 ng/mL (Routinely tested).
Human TRAC, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
