BUB3 is a protein involved in spindle checkpoint function. The protein contains four WD repeat domains and has sequence similarity with the yeast BUB3 protein.

The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP6629b was selected from the C-term region of human BUB3. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
