Growth arrest-specific protein 7, GAS-7, GAS7, KIAA0394
Growth arrest-specific 7 is expressed primarily in terminally differentiated brain cells and predominantly in mature cerebellar Purkinje neurons. GAS7 plays a putative role in neuronal development.
Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
Target:
The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP6648c was selected from the Center region of human GAS7. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
