The leucine-rich repeat (LRR) family of proteins, including LRG1, have been shown to be involved in protein-protein interaction, signal transduction, and cell adhesion and development. LRG1 is expressed during granulocyte differentiation.

Target:
The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP6705c was selected from the Center region of human LRG1. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
